PedKon, we request you to kindly take note of the following guidelines:
1. Accommodation: Kindly carry a valid ID proof for verification at the time of check-in. Delegates can directly book the hotels through direct call or online. The quoted rates of the hotels are specifically tailored for the registered delegates.
2. Breakfast Arrangements: Breakfast is available at all the hotels.
3. Transport – Pick-up and Drop: Shuttle services will be arranged for pick-up and drop between the accommodation and the convention venue in the morning and evening and also from the hotels to the banquet venue.
4. Contact Information: For any issues or queries related to accommodation or transport, please contact the hospitality/helpdesk team.
