The Induction Program & White Coat Ceremony of the 23rd Batch of BDS Students of Mar Baselios Dental College was held on Monday, October 14, 2024 in the College Auditorium. Principal Dr. Byju Paul Kurian welcomed the gathering. The function was presided by H.G. Mathews Mor Aphrem, Metropolitan of Perumbavoor Region of Angamaly Diocese of Jacobite Syrian Church. Dr. M.C. DileepKumar, former Vice Chancellor of Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit, was the Chief Guest. Fr.Jose Parathuvayalil, Vicar of Marthoma Cheriapally, the MBMM Association represented by Mr.Babu Kaippillil, Vice President, Mr. Binoy Thomas Mannancheril, and Dr Roy M. George, Treasurer, Administrator Dr.Thomas Mathew, College Manager Mr. Shaji Peter, Parent Representative Dr. Cherian Varghese, and College Union Chairman Mr.Shahanas Hussain extended their felicitations. The new students were adorned the dental apron by the faculty members during the ‘WHITE COAT CEREMONY’ following which the Principal lead them in oath-taking. Dr. Pramod Philip Mathews, HOD of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology extended the vote of thanks.
