Susmitham, aimed to provide free fifty complete denture for economically backward patients in the rural areas. The project was planned to be organized in four phases.Phase 1 of the project was conducted in Adimaly in association with Rotary club Adimali.

Phase II of the project was conducted in association with Rotary Club Koothattukulam on 3 rd April 2022. The screening camp was conducted at Kothattukulam. Twenty patients who were below the poverty line were selected for the free denture project from 34 patients screened.

Screening of the patients for the phase III was conducted in Rotary club Koothattukulam on 28th  April 2023 and 20 patients were selected  for the free denture project from 30 patients screened. The second stage was conducted on 10th  and 13th  May 2023 at Mar Baselios Dental College  Kothamangalam  and  dentures  were  delivered  on  16th   June  in  an  official  function inaugurated  by  Panchayath  President  Shri  PM  Majeed  and  ward  member  Smt.  Sindhu Praveen in the presence of MBMM association Secretary Adv. C I Baby, MBMM association President Shri Binu Kaipilli

REVIVE 2022

Department of Prosthodontics and Academic forum, Mar Baselios Dental College, in association with Indian Prosthodontic Society, Kerala State branch, successfully conducted Continuing Dental Education programme on 27 th and 28 th May 2022. The topic was cast partial denture designing and fabrication. The faculties for the programme were Prof. Dr.Deviprasad Nooji, Dr.George Abraham, and Dr. Merlyn George.
